Shakti Soundar Rajan Talks About ‘Miruthan 2’

As the stories of Shakti Soundar Rajan pairing-up with his ‘Miruthan’ actor was put to rest with tweets from both the personalities, now there is clarity on shooting dates as well. It was previously speculated that the movie will hit floor on July. Now, the director Shakti Soundar Rajan has confirmed the story himself.

This will be their sequel from previous movie and will be called ‘Miruthan 2'. Shakti made the announcement while giving an interview to a daily newspaper, where he referred the film to be a massive project. The project’s budget is estimated to gross around Rs 35 crore. 

This makes the project to be the most expensive film Jayam Ravi has ever worked in. However, the director added that he will begin with the flick only after completing his current projects. The movie will be produced by J. Selvakumar of Kenanya Films.
