Shankar Full Of Praises For Akshay Kumar

Akshay Kumar started shooting for Rajinikanth’s next ‘2.0’ at the starting of this month. The actor is making his Kollywood debut with this film and will be seen playing the role of antagonist in the sci-fi thriller. The cast of the film includes many prominent names but director S. Shankar only praised the Bollywood star for his performance.

The director took to his Twitter account and praised the actor. He tweeted, “Happy to shoot with Akshay Kumar - Hard working, disciplined n cooperative actor”. Currently, the unit is canning few important scenes between him and Rajinikanth.

The team is currently shooting at Delhi and the schedule will go on for 11 more days.  Reportedly, after completing the Delhi schedule the team will be flying to Morocco for the next schedule. A. R. Rahman will compose the tunes for the flick which features Amy Jackson as the female lead. Lyca Productions is bankrolling the mega-budgeted venture.
