Shriya To Star In 100 Degree Celsius Remake?

Mazhai actress Shriya Saran has been approached for the Tamil remake of 100 Degree Celsius. The Malayalam hit, which came in year 2014 had Shwetha Menon, Bhama and Meghana Raj in the lead roles. The movie was lauded for its superb storyline and gripping sequences.

Shriya has lately being working in Telugu and Hindi flicks and is making her comeback in Kollywood opposite STR in Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan. The movie will be directed by Mithran Jawahar and here’s what he has to say, “We have initiated talks with Shriya, but she is yet to give her nod for the project. Her inclusion will be confirmed in the coming days”.

He added that the filming was scheduled to begin from last month, but had to be postponed over demonisation and related issues. Mithran further revealed that the final cast has been brought in and the shoot will begin from early 2017.
