Shruti Haasan Not A Part Of Idhu Namma Aalu

The rumour mill had been churning regarding Shruti Haasan’s involvement in the film Idhu Namma Aalu. The speculations suggested that the actress will be present in the film for a particular song. Recently, a spokesperson for the actress negated these rumours.

The spokesperson stated, “Shruti was approached and has sung a song last year for the film Idhu Namma Aalu like she does for a number of films. She will, however NOT be featuring in the song, contrary to the baseless rumours doing the rounds. She has not even been approached to do a special song, nor would she consider doing it”.

The actress is currently working on the third instalment of Singam franchise which has been titled S3. She will also be seen in the Telugu remake of Premam which will be directed by Chandoo Mondeti. Idhu Namma Aalu stars Simbu and Nayanthara and is directed by Pandiraj. Kuralarasan, Simbu’s brother, has composed the music for the film.
