Shruti Haasan in talks to debut in Malayalam film industry

The gorgeous actress down South, Shruti Haasan, who has proved her acting prowess in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu films so far, is likely to debut in the Malayalam film industry too. As latest buzz reveals, Shruti is in talks to star opposite Fahadh Faasil in a Malayalam film as his wife.

The film is reportedly a directorial venture by Novin Vasudev. Reports say that the director is involved in talks with the talented actress to sign her up for the role though nothing is confirmed yet. If the deal is finalised it would be great news for Haasan’s fans to watch their favourite actress in a new onscreen avatar. Shruti was last seen in Telugu film Yevadu and her upcoming films include Race Gurram, Welcome Back and Gabbar.
