Simbu’s Vaalu in Trouble Again?

Just when people thought that Silambarasan starrer Vaalu has cleared all the hurdles and will release soon, there came another problem. Silambarasan recent tweet came as a shock to audiences. “Some people are still trying to stop the release and put me down. But you can never stop the love people have for me and God will answer you back”, Simbu wrote in a tweet.

It is said that producer-actor Udhayanidhi Stalin is keen on blocking screens for his friend Arya’s upcoming film Vasuvum Saravananum Onna Padichavanga, which is releasing along Vaalu. Simbu’s tweet created an outrage amongst his fans on Twitter and it even led to the hatred tag against Udhaynidhi trending on the social networking website. In response to STR’s tweet, Udhayanidhi Stalin said, “V funny ! Why should I and how can I stop the release of Vaalu? Any logic? Friends.. Pls think before jumping to conclusions!”. Udhay’s Red Giant Movies also wrote on twitter, “Every film is important for their makers, distributors and exhibitors. We are one of them too and try to put our best for our films but that doesn't imply we will push other films down”.

Vaalu has been in the news from quite long. The makers of the film announced July 17 as the release date for the film, but due to financial issues, the film couldn’t release as planned. A few days back, it was announced that the “court case has been cleared” and that the film will finally hit the theatres on August 14.
