Simran to make her comeback as Mohanlal’s heroine

The Filmfare Award winning actress Simran Bagga is all set to return to films after a break due to her marriage and childbirth. The actress has been selected as Mohanlal’s heroine in Jeethu Joseph's forthcoming venture.

The pre-production phase of the film has already begun and it is expected to go on floors on September 18. The original choice for the role was Priyamani but as the union with the actress could not make it to the final stage, Simran has made it to the scene as her replacement. In the coming days Simran will also be seen playing Suriya’s mother in Gautham Menon's Dhruva Natchathiram. But with Joseph’s film she will become an active part of the industry once again, undoubtedly.
