Sinitha Turns Actor With Koothan

Chennai youngster Sinitha has many feathers in her cap. After being a trained sprinter, dancer of different forms and a law student, the actress has added one more feather in her cap. The multifaceted personality has now turned an actor with film Koothan. She has also done modelling for many known textile brands.  

The movie which is helmed by Venky Al marks the debut of Rajkumar who will be seen playing the lead role. When asked about her role in the movie, the actress said, “Nagendra Prasad sir, brother of Prabhudheva sir, is playing the antagonist’s role. I am paired opposite him in the film. Since it is a dance film, there are a lot of sequences in it — and I have an entire segment with Prasad sir where we dance salsa and many other styles.”

The movie revolves around two dance groups both wanting to win a dance competition. Nagendra Prasad leads one team, while Rajkumar leads the second. Sinitha could play the role with ease as she herself is a trained dancer.
