Sonia Agarwal To Make A Comeback As Cop!

Sonia Agarwal is known and praised for her role in ‘Kaadhal Kondein’. She last appeared on big screen in 2015. Now, she is planning to make a comeback with a powerful role. She will be playing a police officer in Natty Kumar’s ‘Evanavan’.

This upcoming film is based around the hazard of mobile phones. It will reportedly be an action thriller. Award-winning director Natty Kumar divulged, “It is a very meaty role for Sonia and she has given an excellent performance. When I told her that it’s a cop role, she prepared herself by hitting the gym every day and she even shed a few kilos to get that tough look.”

On being a part of this film, Sonia shared, “After working for a long time, what matters for me is to work in quality films with solid roles. I found that Evanavan was one such film which was interesting as well.” The audio of ‘Evanavan’ was recently launched in a star-studded event. Actor Vincent Ashokan will also be seen as a cop in the upcoming film.
