S.P. Jananathan’s project Purampokku gets a title change

The title of Purampokku has been changed to Purampokku Engira Podhu Udamai. The upcoming Tamil film, written and directed by S.P. Jananathan and featuring Arya and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles, got a title change as the filmmakers thought the present title did not match the theme of the movie. Since, Purampokku is a term used for a piece of land that is common to all, like a lake or a graveyard, the makers felt it does not suit the flick.
