Special Malayalam Connection In Vijay’s ‘Theri’

The trailer of Vijay’s upcoming film ‘Theri’ has stormed the internet and is creating new records. The swashbuckling trailer crossed the 2 million views mark within 24 hours of its release and has now crossed the 3 million mark also. The fans are now more eager to see the film, especially the Malayalam fans.

The Atlee directorial has a special Malayalam connection. During a recent interview to a leading daily, the director revealed that 40 percent of the flick has been shot in Kerala. One of the characters played by Vijay in the film has been named Joseph Kuruvilla. The action entertainer will have many Malayalam dialogues.

Also, Mollywood actor Pradeep Kottayam will be seen in a crucial role in the flick. 200 Malayalam junior artists will also feature in the film which has been bankrolled by Kalaipuli S. Thanu. The fans won’t have to wait much as the film will hit the theater screens on April 14.
