Sri Ganesh To Helm His Next With Atharvaa

After receiving accolades from the critics as well as audiences for his debut movie 8 Thottakal, director Sri Ganesh has started working on his next. The recently-released 8 Thottakal is a crime thriller that starred Vetri, Aparna Balamurali, Nasser and MS Bhaskar in the lead roles. Rumours are rife that the young director might be collaborating for a project with Atharvaa.

A source close to the team reveals, “It is true that Sri Ganesh will be teaming up with Atharvaa for his second directorial. This project will be in complete contrast to his debut film 8 Thottakal, which was an intense crime thriller. The project is in its nascent stage. An official confirmation on the same will be out soon.”

The source further added that Sri Ganesha, who was a former assistant to director Mysskin, would start writing for the film in a few weeks. It is being said the director will finalise the rest of the cast and crew once the scripting is done. It has been just a week to 8 Thottakal’s release and it is already catching people’s eyes.
