Srikanth Releases Official Press Statement

Silambarasan starrer Vaalu released last week, after going through so much of struggle. But, it seems that the flick is still not out of controversies. Silambarasan has recently been trolled on Twitter for using name of Ajith for publicity. The Twitter account happens to be of actor Srikanth. However, the Varasudu actor has clarified the issue, saying that someone has used his identity to do such offensive thing.

The tweet read, "Being an Ajith sir fan is good but using his image, reference to get mass response plus claps is annoying, Earn your own #STR sorry." Simbu fans have taken the post in an offensive way to a great extent. Actor Srikanth, in order to avoid any controversy, has released an official press statement.

He said, “Dear Friends, I would like to inform u that I have never been on Twitter and don't have a Twitter ID of mine , it's a fake Twitter ID . I was informed about the misuse of my name on Twitter. Sad few miscreants use others name or profile to express on social networking.What a coward that person is . Doesn't have an identity of his/her . Kindly spam the person" . Regards srikanth (sic)”.
