    Stunt Master Dhilip Subbarayan Opens Up About Stunts In Vijay’s ‘Theri’

    The teaser of Vijay’s ‘Theri’ is creating records on YouTube. The teaser that has view count of 8,046,649 and has 264,223 likes hinted that the film will be action packed. The highly impressive stunts of the Atlee directorial have been choreographed by Dhilip Subbarayan.

    The stunt master shared the experience of deigning the stunts in the action entertainer. He said, "Theri would have 7 action blocks totally, and they would all be along with the story. The sequences would have a LIVE feel, and we have not used ropes anywhere. Theri's stunts won't fall under the commercial template, with the hero flying and stuff”.

    He shared that he took some assistance of the foreign stunt masters but over in all he led the charge for the stunts. He added that he did use body double for Vijay in the flick. He said, “We didn't use any stunt double and Vijay sir even jumped from a 90 feet bridge into water. I am very happy with the teaser's response, and Vijay sir is pleased with the stunts".

    It is known that the Puli actor will start shooting for ‘Vijay 60’ after a short break post ‘Theri’. Keerthy Suresh has been roped in by director Bharathan to play the female lead.  Now Sathya, who worked for a photo shoot in ‘Theri’, has been appointed as costume designer for the 60th film of the actor.
