Suriya, KV Anand Come Together For An Action Thriller

Suriya and KV Anand are once again coming together for a project, which is being touted as an action thriller. The duo share a good rapport with each other as they have previously worked together in ‘Ayan’ and ‘Maattrraan’. KV Anand is looking for suitable locations for the flick in Delhi where he spoke about the project and said that Suriya will be playing a character that is protecting something.

The director shared that while it is too early to say anything about the plot, this project will be quite different for both Suriya and himself. This time around, he will be working with Pattukottai Prabhakar on the script and screenplay. While Pattukottai is a novelist, Anand clarified that the movie is not based on any of the writer’s works.

The director went in a different direction with the script writer but chose to stick to his regular composer Harris Jayaraj. The cinematography will be taken care of by Jigarthanda. The untitled project will go on floors in May as Suriya is currently busy with ‘NGK’.
