Suriya to step into Telugu films confirms KE Gnanavel Raja

Most famed actor of Tamil industry Suriya, after gathering all the audience love from Tamil Nadu will now make his debut in Telugu films and this news is confirmed by his uncle and producer KE Gnanavel Raja. Gnanavel Raja said in an event that many Telugu audiences are eagerly waiting to watch Suriya in Telugu flicks and that is the reason he has decided to move into Telugu genre.

The producer also announced that he would be producing Suriya’s next Telugu venture, which will go on floors by August 2014. He also mentioned that he would make sure that the flick gets the best director and also good supporting cast. The actor’s last release Singam 2, that was a big hit in Andhra Pradesh Box Office, was Tamil version of Telugu movie Yamudu II. Meanwhile, he is working on Lingusamy's untitled project and another untitled by Venkat Prabhu.
