Suriya’s ‘24’ Will Be Disney Like Film

Movie buffs are eagerly waiting for the release of Suriya’s upcoming film ‘24’. The film completed its censor formalities yesterday and is now gearing up for the release. It will hit the theatre screens on May 6 and currently the entire team is busy with the promotional activities.

While interacting to an online portal, the Anjaan actor shared that the Vikram Kumar directorial will be a Disney like film. He said, “I felt there is a shortage with number of films that are kid friendly or address women centric issues. That is the main reason why 2D Entertainment came into existence. Subsequently, I can assure that 24 will be a Disney like film”.

He also added that the director has penned down the role of Athreya, the villain of the film played by Suriya, perfectly. Even his co-star from the science fiction thriller film, Samantha also spoke about his character of Athreya recently. She said that the way the actor played the antagonist’s role was beyond her imagination. The makers are planning a grand release and will release the film in a whopping number of 2,150 screens worldwide.
