Swathi signs another Tamil project

Actress and television anchor Swathi Reddy is all set to sizzle in the Kollywood industry again. The actress has done numerous Telugu movies and entered into Tamil movies with Subramaniapuram. She earned nomination for Best Actress Filmfare Award for her marvellous performance in Tamil debut.

After a long gap the actress came back with Poraali in 2011 and Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara in 2013. The actress was recently seen in comedy-thriller film Vadacurry opposite Jai. Swathi is all set to do a Tamil movie again, this time with filmmaker Vishnuvardhan. Swathi Reddy will be seen in Yatchan which also features Arya, Kreshna and Deepa Sannidhi in the lead roles. Newbie Deepa Sannidhi will star opposite Arya and Swathi will be seen romancing with Kreshna. About her role in this film, a source says, "Deepa Sannidhi was signed earlier for the film as Arya's pair. Vishnu was looking out for a girl for the other female lead. As it is a very bubbly character, the director finally zeroed in on Swati for the role. She will be shooting in Chennai for a couple of weeks for this film."
