T. Rajendar Joins Team ‘Theri’

As Vijay’s ‘Theri’ is booming high with expectations, now there is one more reason for fans to cheer about. The multi-talented T. Rajendar has lent his voice for ‘Kuthu’ number in ‘Theri’. The story was confirmed by music composer G.V. Prakash Kumar, where he took on his twitter handle to write, ‘And TR sir sings a semma kuthu song for #theri ... #therrrriiiiiiiii’.

This is the first time when TR will be singing for Vijay in any movie. With all previous Kuthu songs been hit from TR, one can only expect this one to break records. This will also be G.V. Prakash Kumar’s 50^th film, which says volumes about his impeccable talent. 

According to a close source, ‘Theri’ team is working on a grand audio launch for the movie that could take place on March 13 or March 20. The movie will hit theatres on April 12, this year. It will coincide with Tamil New year, making it an extravaganza for fans. The flick will also star Amy Jackson and Samantha.
