Tamannaah Talks About Madurai

Kollywood actress Tamannaah is known to have starred in movies such as Rebel, Devi and Oopiri. The actress is known to have shot to fame with the Baahubali series. According to a story published on timesofindia.indiatimes.com, the actress has bagged another role in an upcoming movie titled as ‘Kanne Kalaimaane’.

‘Kanne Kalaimaane’ is helmed by Seenu Ramasamy and stars Udhayanidhi Stalin. The storyline of the movie is based in Sholavandan near Madurai. Regarding her visit to Madurai, she said, “Madurai, in general, is very green and it gives you a sense of how beautiful our villages are. There’s so much greenery and it is actually different for people who are city-bred and who don’t actually get that kind of an exposure”.

Regarding her completion of 13 years in the movie industry, she said, “I did not know that it has been that long, but it’s interesting that time really flies. My first film came out when I was 15. It is actually a very tender age to take up something that you actually like”. She has many upcoming movies in the pipeline such as Queen Once Again, Khamoshi and Naa Nuvve.
