Tamannaah To Star In Kolayuthir Kaalam’s Hindi Remake

Music director turned producer Yuvan Shankar Raja bankrolled Kolayuthir Kaalam starring Nayanthara under his home banner YSR Films. Helmed by Chakri Toleti, this film boasts of an ensemble cast with women being the centre of the film. However, the shooting of the film is in full swing, currently the team is filming in the locales of London. The film is being jointly produced by Yuvan, Vashu Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh under the production company Pooja Entertainment.

The latest news is that the Chakri is making the Hindi version of Kolayuthir Kaalam. A source close to the YSR Films reveals, “It is true that Kolayuthir... is being remade in Hindi. We have sold the remake rights to the famous Pooja Enterta-inment.” And for this remake, Prabhudeva, Tamannaah and Bhumika Chawla have come on board.

It is confirmed that Prabhudeva is playing the antagonist in the film, and presently he is in London shooting for it. No details have been revealed about the cast of the Tamil version. Fascinatingly, this film will be Unnaipol Oruvan director’s maiden Bollywood venture.
