Team Of Rajinikanth’s ‘2.0’ Shoot With Military Tanks

It was reported that the team of Rajinikanth’s next ‘2.0’, sequel of hit sci-fi film ‘Enthiran’, will start with the second schedule from March first week. The team has begun with the next schedule in Chennai. Moreover, this schedule will be packed with action and some crucial scenes.

The crew of the S. Shankar directorial canned an action sequence involving some military tanks and later shot inside a huge mobile phone store set. A source close to the film’s unit revealed, "The team shot a night sequence with military tanks in the city recently. For another scene, they erected a set of a huge mobile store on the outskirts of Chennai, at EVP theme park".

The source revealed why the team erected a mobile phone store like set. He added, "The scene is about how there is a sudden mobile phone crisis in the city, and how thousands of youngsters rush to the mobile store to buy phones". Reportedly, Akshay Kumar, who plays the antagonist in the flick, will join the sets of the film from this schedule. Amy Jackson plays the female lead in the film is being bankrolled under Lyca Productions.
