Theatre Came Accidentally To Me: Pooja Devariya

Widely popular in Theatrical circles, talented Pooja Devariya is confident of her success on silver screen as well. The actress has decided to take small steps in Kollywood. Her last flick with Iraivi proved a testament to her unconventional style of cinema.
 

Pooja is working on Manikandan's to-be-released Kuttrame Thandanai and will also appear in Andavan Kattalai. Talking about theatre, the actor said, “Theatre happened accidentally. I used to participate in a lot of extra-curricular activities in school. Later, I began working with many amateur theatre groups in Chennai”.

She went on said that her focus remained largely in sports, while she also pursued her studies. It was then she started meeting people associated with theatre that her liking began. Pooja later started working with Stray Factory and eventually began to co-run the company with Mathivanan Rajendran.
