This Is When Sangamithra Will Start Rolling

Movie buffs are waiting for director Sundar.C's magnum opus project, Sangamithra, ever since he announced that his dream project will be the costliest film ever made in India. While the makers revealed the lead actors that will star in the project, it was still unknown that when the project will start rolling. Here we have something for the fans waiting for this mammoth project.

The movie has been under pre-production stage for over a year now. Gossip mills are churning out rumours that the movie will start rolling soon in second week of April 2017. The makers wanted an auspicious beginning for the movie as Tamil New Year Day that falls on April 14th.

Helmed by Sundar.C, the film is being bankrolled by Sri Thenandal Films banner. Other than male leads such as Jayam Ravi and Arya, the makers have also zeroed in on the female leads such as Shruti Haasan and Hansika. The movie has A.R.Rahman's musical scores.
