‘Thodari’ Starring Dhanush Gets Postponed?

Dhanush was lately involved in one of his most awaited flick, ‘Thodari’. The release date of the flick has undergone a change again. The movie was initially touted to get released close to the Independence Day, on August 12. But, as per the grapevine, ‘Thodari’ will now hit the big screen later, on August 19.

Exact reasons for the delay have yet not been identified. ‘Thodari’ is a romantic thriller. Prabhu Solomon has directed this flick which stars Dhanush and Keerthy Suresh in the lead roles. The film has a total of seven songs among which two are instrumentals.

Besides, August 12 marks the release date of various other movies, such as, K. S. Ravikumar's ‘Mudinja Ivana Pudi’ and G. N. R. Kumaravelan’s ‘Wagah’. Seenu Ramasamy’s ‘Dharma Durai’ is also expected to hit the screens in August, but the date is yet not finalised. This August is turning out to be a completely engaged month with several movies releasing in a row.
