Trisha Joins Saamy 2, Confirming Project Is For Real!

Looks like fans have been rewarded for their long anticipation of Saamy 2. 2003 hit, Saamy – starring actors Vikram and Trisha is all gearing up for its sequel. The movie was easily a defining moment in the careers of the respective stars.

Director Hari confirmed the reports and said, “We feel extremely happy to bring same team together for the sequel which is happening after 13 years. Naturally, Saamy 2 will be on a bigger scale and I hope the audience enjoys the sequel more than they enjoyed Saamy”.

Earlier, the team has announced about the sequel at Iru Mugan a few months back, however, now the team has finally got the nod from Trisha. Director Hari further said that the movie is expected to go on floors in June or July, this year. His team is giving final touch to the script and are looking for locations.
