Udhayanidhi Stalin’s 'Kanne Kalai Maane' Goes On Floors

Udhayanidhi Stalin will next be seen in the movie 'Kanne Kalai Maane'. Directed by National Award-winning director Seenu Ramasamy, the film will have Tamannaah Batia playing the female lead. Though the actress has worked with Seenu previously in the film Dharma Durai, which had Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role, this is the first time that she will be working with Udhayanidhi Stalin.

As per the latest buzz, the team has started shooting for the flick. Stalin commenced the shooting performing pooja in Madurai. Stalin’s Red Giant Movies has produced the movie.

Earlier, the Gethu actor had said that the flick will have a lot of emotions with a feel of Dharmadurai. Touted to be a romantic family drama, 'Kanne Kalai Maane' will talk about the importance of agriculture and humanism. The story is set in Chozhavanthan near Madurai and will see Tamannaah playing the role of a bank employee in the village. Udhayanidhi will play a character who has completed his education in agriculture. While Yuvan Shankar Raja will score the film’s music, Vairamuthu will write the lyrics.
