    Well, it seems that Kamal Haasan fans will have to wait longer to get the glimpse of their favourite star as the much-awaited film of the year Uttama Villain is no longer getting released on April 10. Prime Media, a North American distributor which would release the film across the country, made the official announcement through the micro-blogging site.

    “#UttamaVillain not opening on 10th. New date will be announced after censor”, it tweeted.
    The much-anticipated film was earlier scheduled to release on April 2. However, the release date of the film was later pushed to April 10. Now, the flick has further been postponed disappointing all Kamal fans across the globe.


    Directed by Ramesh Aravind and produced by N. Lingusamy in association with Kamal Haasan, the film  features an ensemble cast, including the Vishwaroopam star, Jayaram, Andrea Jeremiah, Nassar, Parvathi, Parvathy Nair, Pooja Kumar and Urvashi. The comedy drama will see Kamal Haasan as a gentle folk artist and a popular star. Apparently, it also marks the last appearance of Kamal Haasan's guru, legendary filmmaker K. Balachander.
