Vaikom Vijayalakshmi Calls Off Her Wedding!

Popular ‘Katte Katte’ singer Vaikom Vijayalakshmi is said to have called off her marriage. The wedding lock was fixed for March 29, with Bahrain based Santosh, but she has decided against it. The couple got engaged in a private ceremony in December, which was attended by close relatives and friends.

Reports are doing the rounds, which claim that Vaikom rejected the conditions put by the groom side post betrothal. It is said, that they demanded Vaikom Vijayalakshmi to stay away from music industry and become a music teacher instead.

On this, Vaikom and her family refused to abide by this condition and cancelled the wedding. It is further said that Vaikom was asked to stay home and should avoid going out. Both Santosh and Vaikom, met each other through a matrimonial ad, where the marriage proposal came from Santosh.
