Varalaxmi Sarathkumar’s Next Copies The Title Of Ajith’s Yesteryear Blockbuster

Actress Varalaxmi Sarathkumar has a hectic year ahead with a couple of films getting ready to be released. And now we have heard that she has signed another movie which will have Vimal as the male lead. The flick has been titled ‘Kaadhal Mannan’, which was also the title of Ajith’s yesteryear blockbuster.

Muthukumar, a former associate of Sundar C, will be at the helm of affairs for the project. “When Muthukumar sir narrated the story, I was very impressed. It is a fun-filled entertainer and a rom-com set in a rural milieu at Thenkasi. I am looking forward to it. It is heartwarming to be offered with different types of roles in my upcoming flicks,” said Varalaxmi.

Apart from ‘Kaadhal Mannan’, the Podaa Podi actress has ‘Vikram Vedha’, ‘Nibunan’ with Arjun, ‘Vargam’ with RK Suresh, ‘Sathya’ with Sibi, and Vishal’s ‘Sandakozhi 2’ in her kitty. In ‘Sandakozhi 2’ she will be seen essaying the role with grey shades. In addition to acting, Varalaxmi is equally active in women’s safety through her ‘Save Sakthi’ campaign.
