Vemal-Anjali starrer Mapillai Singam goes on floors

Rajashekar’s debut film as a director ‘Mapillai Singam’ officially went on the floors after an organised pooja on the sets. The film that marks the debut of Rajashekhar, is being talked about as an ‘out n out’ comedy.

‘Mapillai Singam’ is being produced by Escape Artist Madhan and began shooting with full force. The film stars Vemal in the lead role who is doing a complete genre makeover with this laugh riot. The film also has Soori as a major part to push things a lot harder. While the cast looks impressive enough, Anjali will comes in with a strong role too. This will be the third outing when Vemal and Anjali come together after Thoonga Nagaram' and 'Kalakalappu'.
