Venkat Prabhu, Simbu To Pair Up For Billa

If speculations are to be believed, director Venkat Prabhu of Chennai 600028 fame is all set to team up with Simbu for Tamil action flick Billa reload. The movie has already been made with two Kollywood heavyweights Rajinikanth and Ajith Kumar. However, this may not stop the Saroja director to venture one more time on this tried and tested concept.      

The Billa movie is originally adapted from Bollywood flick, Don, starring Amitabh Bachchan. In a recent Periscope session with fans yesterday, the actor said that he does ‘plans to work on a script along the lines of Billa’. In addition to that, in his recent tweet, the star said that he can’t wait to work on Billa 2018.

Now, that was enough for fans to go gung ho over the possibility of Simbu playing iconic character. ‘Billa 2018’ hashtag started flowing all over the social networking sites. Simbu will soon be seen in his romantic-thriller Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada.
