Vijay 59 Team Head To Goa And China

Superstar Vijay is currently busy with making of his upcoming film Vijay 59, in which he plays the role of a tough cop. The first schedule of the flick was completed in Chennai, while the second schedule will be shot in Goa and China, according to sources. Atlee, the director of the film, seems to be quite excited about shooting in China.

Atlee has even consulted his mentor, director Shankar, to finalise the locations. Shankar’s I was extensively shot in China and apparently, Shankar could give some valuable tips on deciding the locations. Vijay will be seen in a double role alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Amy Jackson. Samantha and Vijay might be a part of China schedule. Amy Jackson is yet to start shooting for the flick, so it is still not confirmed whether she will join the crew during the second schedule.

Apart from Vijay, Amy Jackson and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, the film also features J. Mahendran, Prabhu, K.S.Ravikumar and Raadhika Sarathkumar. J. Mahendran plays the role of main antagonist. It is a drama film which is expected to release on Pongal in 2016.
