Vijay collaborates with S.J. Surya for his 60th Film

Vijay’s Puli is about to hit the theatres next month. The actor is busy shooting for his next film with director Atlee. Another project is lined up for Vijay; and it is said that, for this one, he is collaborating with long time friend S.J. Surya.

A source close to the director revealed the news to Indiaglitz. He said, “Suryah has narrated the plot line to Vijay and that the actor is moved by the script. But Vijay is yet to take a call on whether he wants to team up with Suryah for his 60th film”.

Vijay has previous worked with S.J. Surya in Khushi, which released in 2000. It is perhaps one of the best films of Vijay’s career. In this film, Vijay shared screen space with Jyothika. Mumtaj, Vivek and Vijayakumar also played pivotal roles in Khushi.
