Vijay Rebuffs Sundar C’s ‘Sangamitra’?

The 42-year-old actor, Vijay, is busy in the shooting of his much awaited flick, ‘Vijay 60’. According to the latest hearsay, the star has declined working in ‘Sangamitra’, which is an ambitious project of director Sunder C. It was earlier reported that Vijay is impressed with the script of the touted flick and is willing to be a part of it.

Reportedly, Ilaya Thalapathy has rejected this movie because it required 250 days of the actor's schedule. Vijay perhaps could not dedicate so much time to a movie and therefore, he turned down the offer. Vijay is one of the most celebrated actors of the industry and has a huge fan club.

Sundar C’s forthcoming venture ‘Sangamitra’ is likely to be India’s most expensive project. It was rumoured that the film will have a budget of around Rs. 350 crore. The cinematic also happens to be the prestigious 100th project of Thenandal Films. A. R. Rahman is roped for composing the music for this flick.
