Vijay Sethupathi Did Not Like 'Naanum Rowdy Dhaan' Script

Vijay Sethupathi has become one of the most sought after actors in Kollywood after the major success of 'Naanum Rowdy Dhaan'. The Vignesh Shivan directorial was appreciated by the audiences as well as the critics. The film, featuring Nayantara in the female lead, did a pretty good business at the box office. But the lead actor of the film was not sure about the film.

According to reports, Vijay Sethupathi did not like the script of the flick when it was narrated. In a recent interview the director of the film Vignesh Shivan revealed, “Vijay Sethupathi looks a film as a film. He never looks at what kind image he is going to get out of the character. He accepted this film for my sake. I narrated the same story to him two years back and he did not like it”.

The director added that the Orange Mittai actor did the film only for him. He said, “He did it for me. He did not do it for the script". The two have again collaborated for a project, which also features Nayantara and Trisha.
