Vijay Sethupathi Praises Transgender Community

There is no doubt that Vijay Sethupathi is a very talented actor. He can portray any character with excel. Besides acting, Vijay is supporting other causes also and manages to allocate time to such causes despite having a busy schedule.

The Naanum Rowdy Dhaan was invited as the chief guest at the Grand Trans Fest -2017 which is organised by the transgender community in Chennai. Since Vijay will be seen essaying the role of a transgender in his forthcoming film Super Deluxe, he said that he could feel the pain experienced by transgender people for not being accepted in the society. He will play the character of Shilpa in the flick.

 “Transgenders and women have to take freedom in their hands without waiting or expecting others to give it. They should get more jobs in the government sector. You are not children of God, but I see you as a form of God.  One has to learn to love the fellowmen without discriminating with caste, creed and religion,” said Sethupathi. He even praised the transwomen for singing and dancing at the event.
