Vijay Sethupathi To Romance Lakshmi Menon In ‘Rekka’

Yesterday it  was reported that Vijay Sethupathi’s film with director Shiva Gnanam has been titled ‘Rekka’. The makers have finalised the title and have now also finalised the lead actress for the film. The actor, who has worked and linked with many top actresses, will be seen romancing another top star in this film.

According to reports, Shiva Gnanam has roped in Lakshmi Menon for the flick. The actress was a part of hit film ‘Vedalam’ and is also the female lead of Jayam Ravi’s upcoming film ‘Miruthan’. However, an official confirmation regarding her involvement in the project is yet to be made.

The venture will be a complete commercial entertainer and will be bankrolled by Ganesh, who co-produced Vijay Sethupathi’s ‘Orange Mittai’. D. Imman will be scoring the music for the flick. M. C. Ganesh Chandra, Praveen K. L. and Mohana Mahendran have joined the venture and they will be handling the cinematography department. The project will go on floors once the actor wraps up ' Dharma Durai ' and 'Aandavan Kattalai'.
