Vijay Sethupathi To Team Up With Superstar Rajinikanth

A few months back, it was revealed that superstar Rajinikanth would team up with Jigarthanda director Karthik Subbaraj for his next film. The actor is now making the news that powerhouse performer Vijay Sethupathi will also collaborate with him on the upcoming movie. Vijay has earlier worked with Subbaraj in his experimental movie ‘Pizza’.

The news is now confirmed by the makers of the film under Karthik Subbaraj's direction.  Sun Pictures tweeted, “We are happy to announce that for the first time, Vijay Sethupathi will be acting with Superstar Rajini in”. As soon as the announcement was made, rumours started doing the rounds that Vijay Sethupathi will possibly play the role of villain in the movie.

Notably, Vijay has acted in his subsequent movies ‘Jigarthanda’ and ‘Iraivi’. Moreover, the filmmakers have not revealed the role of Vijay Sethupathi. As per the reports, Anirudh will be scoring the music of this upcoming movie.
