Vijay's Puli Locking Horns With Akshay Kumar's Singh Is Bling

Tamil superstar Vijay will be going head to head with Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar for the appreciation of fans as Vijay's Puli will be released on October 1, followed by Singh Is Bling on October 2. Since both movies have a long weekend following their release, the trade analyst believe that both are at a similar advantage. Puli might take the lead due to a number of features.

Puli will be following in the lines of the epic success of Baahubali - The Beginning, as the demand for fantasy-adventure has increased. Also, Puli is now the most expensive fantasy-adventure movie ever made in India. The movie will be released simultaneously in Tamil as well as in Hindi.

Singh is Bling on the other hand might fall behind due to its similar background as Singh is Kinng. It is also speculated that the overflow at Puli screens might lead some fans to go for Singh is Bling. As Akshay Kumar’s comedy films are generally appreciated by the audiences, Singh is Bling might not really be a disappointment.
