Vikram’s ‘Garuda’ To Be Launched Today

It is known that Vikram has joined hands with director Thiru for his next titled ‘Garuda’. Kajal Aggarwal was roped in by the director to play the female lead in the film and Mahesh Manjrekar was brought on board to play the lead antagonist. The film will be launched today in Chennai.

Reports suggest that the flick will be officially launched today with a pooja. The regular shooting of the project will commence from April 1. A huge set of a factory has been erected on a 100-acre land near Sriperumbudur for the first day shoot.

The film is touted to be an action-thriller and it will be bankrolled under Silverline Film Factory banner. Richard M Nathan has been appointed as cinematographer of the film which will also have Karunas and Nassar in pivotal roles. Newbie music composer Girinandh has been roped in to head the music department for the film.
