Vikram’s Next With Anand Shankar Launched

After delivering a dud ‘10 Enradhukulla’ in October, Vikram joined hands with director Anand Shankar for his next. Nayantara will be playing the female lead in the film and recently Nithya Menen was also roped in for the role of the other heroine. Here is an update about the venture.

According to reports, the film was officially launched today with a Pooja. The regular shooting of the flick is expected to start from January, 2016. The shooting of the film will take place in Malaysia, Bangkok, Ladakh and Chennai.

The film is touted to be a new age thriller and is funded by Puli producer Shibu Thameens. R.D.Rajashekar has been appointed as the cinematographer and Harris Jayaraj will be heading the music department. Rumour mills are churning that the I actor will be playing the role of a cop in his 52^nd film. However, nothing has been announced officially. He would be looking to bounce back with this film.
