Vishal Fields Kushboo For Upcoming Tamil Film Producers Council Elections

It appears that the tussle between Nadigar Sangam and Tamil Film Producers Council will continue with the beginning of 2017 as well. The present line of senior members will vacate their position as their tenure ends, including Kalaipuli S Thanu, T. Siva, Kadhiresan, P.L. Thenappan and Radhakrishnan. Recently, TFPC announced that the elections will take place on February 5.

Now, many players were considering to get their candidates for the prime position, but Vishal who is the Secretary of Nadigar Sangam has fielded his own candidate, Kushboo. This certainly raised ire among TFPC members, but the Aambala actor is adamant and confident about his choice.

On reaching out to Kushboo, the yesteryear actress said, “I consider it as an honour for the trust Vishal’s team has in me that I would be able to handle the big responsibility of heading the TFPC. I am not averse to it. Let me think about it”. It will be interesting election with many other big names to be announced.
