    Vishal Says He Is 'Proud To Do K. Subhash’s Last Film With Karthi'

    It goes without saying that Vishal and Karthi are the two crowning glories of the South Indian film industry. It’s a known fact that the two actors have teamed up for the first time for an upcoming movie ‘Karuppu Raja Vellai Raja’. Helmed by the superstar of dancing world Prabhu Deva, the movie is penned by the renowned Kollywood filmmaker-writer K. Subhash.

    Subhash passed away at the age of 57 on November 23 due to kidney failure. He was survived by his wife and two daughters. Recently, Vishal took to Twitter to share his heartfelt condolence for the director. Expressing his pride to do the Chatriyan director’s final script, the actor wrote, “Dir #KSubash passed away.1st person who said I cn bcome an actor.cn neva 4get http://u.RIP .proud to do ur last script wit Karthi”.

    Desimartini pays deep condolences for Subhash's entire family. May his soul rest in peace. Subhash has written some Bollywood films including ‘Housefull 3’ and ‘Chennai Express’. The filmmaker started his career as an assistant to Mani Ratnam in Kamal Hassan’s crime drama ‘Nayakan’. He ventured into direction with Prabhu-Amala starrer ‘Kaliyugam’.

    The Vishal-Karthi starrer is being bankrolled by Iyswari Ganesh and is slated for a 2017 release.
