Vishnu Vishal’s Upcoming Kathanayagan Is Filled With Fun Elements

Actor Vishnu Vishal is gearing up for his upcoming film Kathanayagan, which is helmed by Muruganantham. The movie is touted to be a comedy drama. In an interview with a leading daily, he actor talks about the film. “More than the storyline of the film, the screenplay and the comical element of Kathanayagan is the highlight,” he said.

He added, “I would request audience not to have Velainu Vandhutta Vellaikaaran in mind while coming to this film. The ‘Pushpa Purushan’ comedy segment of VVV has become a part of pop culture now. However, the upcoming fim is different — it will be a nice straight forward romantic and comedy entertainer.”

The movie will also feature actor Vijay Sethupathi showing his funny side in two scenes. STR has lent his voice in the beginning of the film. Actress Catherine Tresa will be playing the female lead in the film. Talking about her character, Vishnu said that she would be essaying a dominating character similar to what she played Madras.
