    After a long controversy, Kamal Haasan’s Vishwaroopam was released on February 7 in Tamil Nadu theatres and since then it has been up to breaking all box-office records. It has created a benchmark in the history of cinema as it has completed its 100 days at the theatres.

    With Kamal Haasan, Pooja Kumar and Andrea Jeremiah in lead roles, Vishwaroopam has been a massive hit at the box-office. As told by Kamal, the film’s success overwhelmed him and the film has also crossed its expectations. The film was initially banned in the state following protests by Muslim groups. After the ban was lifted it was released in Tamil Nadu on February 7, thirteen days after its overseas release.
