Writer Duo Subha To Be A Part Of Sangamithra

Sunder C’s magnus opus Sangamithra has been in the news ever it was announced. Touted as one of the most expensive film to be ever made in Kollywood, it will feature Jayam Ravi, Arya, Shruti Haasan in the lead. First, Shruti Haasan’s rigorous training in sword fighting was in the news and now the entire crew of the movie has knocked everyone’s socks off with their presence at the prestigious Cannes film festival.

Apart from the director and film’s star cast, those who attended the festival included music director AR Rahman, art director Sabu Cyril, along with others. The film’s lead actress Shruti Haasan created waves at the festival with her looks. And now we have heard some more information regarding the movie.

According to reports writer duo Subha (Suresh and Balachandran) has been roped in for the flick. Elated to be a part of the project, Suresh even took to his Twitter account to share the news. "Happy and thrilled to be part of this untold epic,” he posted. It is being reported that the movie is made on a budget of 200 crores and will simultaneously release in multiples languages.
