Yogi Babu Rubbishes Rumours Of Lead Role In Sam Anton’s Next

The grapevine has been buzzing with hints of Yogi Babu playing lead in the upcoming untitled project of filmmaker Sam Anton. But, the rising comedian of Tollywood has finally turned down the rumours. The comedian shared that he wants to grow his craft and has no plans to be a hero any time soon.

Yogi Babu clarified to a news channel, “People have spread some wrong information about my next project. In Sam Anton’s film, a foreigner and a dog are playing the lead roles. As usual, I play a comical role. I wish to continue my journey as a comedian in Tamil and I would like to clarify that I don’t have any idea of playing a hero.”  Additionally, he emphasized on being recognized as a comedian only. He stated, “I want to travel as a comedian till the very end. Please do not believe in rumors. Please see me as a comedian only.”

With 15 releases so far, this year has turned out to be great for Yogi Babu. And, he will soon be seen in Gulaebaghavali, Thaana Serndha Koottam, Kalakalappu 2, Semma, Junga and Kolamavu Kokila as well. Certainly, his comic timing has led him on a signing spree.
