A Film On Srinivas Kuchibotla Soon

Just a couple of month ago, an Indian engineer Srinivas Kuchibotla, hailing from Hyderabad, was killed in a shooting in a Kansas City bar in USA. The person that killed him was a 51-year Adam Purinton, and it was totally a hate crime. The death came as a shock for many Indians staying abroad and in the country too. The incident will now be made into a film under the direction of Dave Pinn.

The upcoming movie on the life of the engineer is being titled as Ray Of Hope. The film will be bankrolled by Bellevue based People-Media, a subsidiary entity of PeopleTech Group and co-produced by Rita Meher. In a statement, Rita said, “I was shaken  up by the killing of Telugu Engineer Srinivas Kuchibotla in United States and many other hate crime those were taking place in the Country”.

The film will deal with the acts of misunderstanding and the brutality against immigrants all across the United States. The makers have zeroed in places like Seattle and Bellevue for shooting.
