Actor Ram pressurised to get married?

One of the Tinsel town’s most eligible bachelors, Ram has recently revealed that he is under intense pressure to get married.  "Yeah, there have been a slew of proposals but I have not considered them seriously. Most of my friends are already married, so there is not just family but peer pressure as well to get married," says Ram laughingly.

"I have become closer to my friends' wives than my friends. Sometime, I get into crazy conversations with them and they whisper to me, 'Hey Ram... in case you want to get married, we have a few alliances'. I feel embarrassed and eventually give them a death stare," the actor confesses in front of a leading English daily.

Ram also says that his marriage is a favourite topic of conversation among his relatives and friends. "Whenever there is friends or family get-together, my marriage is the hot topic of discussion. It's awkward, but I just keep saying, 'not now...I'll let you know'," adds Ram.

However, Ram is in no mood to marry at the moment. "I have no plans of marriage as of now, I'm 26, and I guess it's a little too early," says Ram, adding, "I still have a long way to go in my career. But I keep getting proposals from a few girls at private functions, but I'm a very shy person and I don't know how to react to such situations. But I'm extremely grateful for all their love and adulation."
